Renovating is complex, but it doesn’t have to be complicated. To improve efficiency we have implemented a design and build guide so you know what to expect from us.
An opportunity to further determine your requirements. We’ll meet at the build location and take the time to truly understand your needs based on your existing home and land, living situation, timeframes, design preferences and feasibility costs. A comprehensive checklist will be completed to capture the site conditions, levels, key measurements, easements, asbestos etc.
From here, we’ll make recommendations for you to move forward to the design.
Our design experts will prepare a draft design based on our discussions with you. We’ll then collaborate, review and confirm that the design is how you wish to proceed. Once agreed, the drawings and specifications can be updated to a detailed Building Approval level
From the initial construction certificate to the final occupation certificate, our team will handle the entire process of the building approval including production of architectural plans, surveys, engineering, Basix and relevant documentation for lodgement.
We’ll guide you through the process to explore colours that inspire and captivate you. We take into account your décor preferences, design style, and ambiance that resonates with you.
Your choices will be documented, and a “Colour and Material Schedule” will be created for your final review.
All plans, reports and approvals will be compiled in preparation for construction. Detailed documentation, including joinery elevations, finishes schedule, electrical plan, will be prepared to complete your pre-construction documents
A construction proposal including a schedule of inclusions and a fixed price Building Contract will be compiled for signing prior to construction works.
First and foremost, your home and environment will be respected. From the beginning to handover, you will be guided through the construction phase with constant communication allowing you to be apart of the process. For project information and updates, you will have access to our online construction portal and to ensure the best possible outcome, at stages we’ll organise meetings with you and our preferred trades or suppliers to confirm your selection choices.

Prior to job completion, we carry out detailed inspections of your new home to ensure it meets the highest standard of excellence. Once satisfied, we’ll complete a final walk through and its officially time to hand over the keys.
